drive straight on bologna tangential
than take the third exit
SAN GIOVANNI IN PERSICETO.
turn right than after 30 mt
turn left in VIA DI MEZZO
arrive untill the end of the road
than turn right in VIA DEL VIVAIO
after few meters turn left in VIA PUNTA
after 700 mt on your left you will find n° 8.
